Clearwater is a full service real estate firm that provides a complete range of services including site evaluation, real estate development, construction management and asset management services. CDP began in the real estate development arena by helping investment groups, private investors, and landowners manage their real estate assets, and invest in real estate development projects. Our mission is to help our clients navigate the complexities of the development process by recommending creative, effective, and market driven strategies. CDP has since expanded its simple philosophy of serving the clients needs, and creating value for the client to the healthcare, non-profit, single tenant, and corporate sectors.
